Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society
Here is something that'll make you wet your pants and leave you in confusion. I watched it once, and I'm yet to understand the whole story...
I gotta say I like this Ghost in the Shell movie better than the previous two. The biggest reason might be that, this one is in the Stand Alone Complex universe, the story feels more realistic yet just as intriguing.
The other thing worth mentioning is its music, no matter whether it's a BGM or a vocal song, they all feel so appropriate that I can't seem to find anything in my mind that can take their place... Can't wait to get my hands on the OST...
Though I thought of subbing this Ghost in the Shell movie a whlie ago, but as I've mentioned here, I won't. Cross your fingers and hope that someone will sub this, or just buy the DVD when it comes out, this is definitely something worth checking out, in fact, you must! KILL ANYONE STANDING IN YOUR WAY!

Ah I'd love to watch Ghost in the Shell SSS right about now. But out of all the things I actually wanna see the english dub of this. The subs are nice, but I'll wait for a DVD release.
If there some things you hate in English, this won't be the case.

@GG: actually, there should be 4, there is the 2nd gig movie, and the laughing man movie. but these two are summaries of the tv series, I don't consider them to be a part of the universe.
Feel free to sub this but hope Bandai don't catch you (after that announcement they made).
Well, any one that does sub it or even raws it will bring the wrath of lawyers down on every subber for every product they made is what the warning said. its not a on the air tv show, its not a movie. being said, who ever does it will end our ability to watch subs pretty much ever.

Hopefully the Laughing man will do it as the DVD's for the series will take 2-3 years before they become available in the US and UK.
The final disc of 2nd Gig isn't out until December here and that finished fansubbing nearly 2 years ago and the publisher wonders why groups still fansub them.
@Anonymous: Actually from what Bandai has said they plan to release this movie some in the US sometime in 2007.
I'm still eagrer to see a fansub but if I cant ever find one I guess the raw video will have to do until the DVD gets released
