Has anybody read the novel, and can give any clues about the horn? If it's been translated(doubtful) I"ll probably read the thing. Just thought of that...

JUst finished Gundam Seed destiny after a second go (the first time I watched the show I was drawn away by the fansubbed version, looking for the english(which has yet to be released? Not that it's my concern now, after watching it fully now) version, but after looking it up again, and treaded deep into fansub waters, I've overcome my "fear"), and I must say, it was as good as the first, contrary to what many say. CE 73 Stargazer was also quite nice, I just wished the gundam got to see a little more action than it did, though the whole point wasn't for it to fight. I am SOOOO waiting for the next series to come out from bandai, unless it's some g gundam remake or SD spinoff (Dark Gundam Help Us!). /me is currently filtering through the archives, digging up classics, such as the original mobile suit gundam and gundam Victory, despite being warded away by the 80's drawing and more old school storyline. I must say I would like to see them continue the SEED storyline, as it is one of the few continuing localized series(that got two entire series back to back, that I know of), Wheras Universal Century seems to jump around a bit........ * wants to see another gundam wing spinoff................*sigh*............

I think the horn will have the same kind of use as the antenna in Gundam X ...

By the way, the third episode of GS Stargaizer is amazing. Anybody knows if that's the final chapter ?

hmm. You know.. it really would not surprise me to see the gundam stabbing with the head.. after all.. unicorns do xD. Either the antena will work for something, or they put it in there to honor the Unicorn part of the name in the series, which would be pretty stupid.

One of two things for the horn, either used in combat via ramming, aka, space battle, succession of blows, then a finish with a horn/headbutt. The ultimate gundam KO............ or, the head could detach and fire beams and ram it, a little less epic lol.

If u think about it, there were others before transformers
like Macross, Voltron, Go Nagi, Getter Robo, Gigantor, etc...

Transformers were created after thoes in 1984.

Wasnt astro boy tiny and AI. from where transformers were huge tall big and able to pilot.though they had AI they were able to be piloted.

Hey All this is my first post, thanks for the hi-res fansubs Lu Perry you do 24" LCD's justice =).

Another Gundam series.....fingers crossed. Unicorn mech looks interesting.

Anyone read the manga? I'd love to get hold of a copy if anyone knows where to order one from!

ps - I'm also keen on gundam SEED Stargazer PHASE III if you can possibly get that subbed!.

hmmmi thought there was other mech cartoons before Transformers, lol If u think about it even the very first anime "Astro Boy" had mech robots in it also, so technicly that was the very first anime + very first mech anime.... + he was a Android also so thats considered mech there also, lol

Apparently there are some speculations about a new UC(Universal Centry) Gundam series roaming around, called Gundam UC Unicorn, based on the novel that was recently released.

Though it's just a speculation, but I sure can't wait for another Gundam series.

One can only guess what that over-sized antenna is for...
