No, not in this case. "大神"(the title of the game in Japanese) is pronounced as "ookami", "oo" = "大". It roughly translates to "great god". It's not an honorific, and the "o" honorific is rarely used in the context of addressing a god, "kami-sama" is more often used.

By request. From ookami the game(not okami, that's bad translation). I find the title quite interesting, it was written as "大神", which means "big god", then wolf(written as "狼") in Japanese is also pronounced as "ookami". And it just happens that the main character in the game is a wolf, and she is a god. Very cool.

The song is really nice, I really like it.
