No, not in this case. "大神"(the title of the game in Japanese) is pronounced as "ookami", "oo" = "大". It roughly translates to "great god". It's not an honorific, and the "o" honorific is rarely used in the context of addressing a god, "kami-sama" is more often used.

awesome! thanks to whoever posted those. Okami was my first game I really played and I loved it. Really enjoyed this song (even though I had no idea what it was saying)

By request. From ookami the game(not okami, that's bad translation). I find the title quite interesting, it was written as "大神", which means "big god", then wolf(written as "狼") in Japanese is also pronounced as "ookami". And it just happens that the main character in the game is a wolf, and she is a god. Very cool.

The song is really nice, I really like it.
