Kiddy Grade fan myself. Eclair & Lumiere seen to get alot of character redesign which is a good thing O.o During the 1st series they chang their design half way too though that was plot related. Will be looking forward to the release.

I really enjoyed KG.1,
Eclair is great (my fav character) and the story is good. actually picks up after ep 12-13 as the main plot starts to show, prior to that is back story, has allot of hidden bits in it. a keen eye will pickout the stuff that means something later in the show.

KG though seems to be a love it or hate it anime.
I for one Love it!

I've been following the web on KG.2 for some time since Hirano Aya let it slip during an interview that it was in the works.

From what's been going around, KG.2 occures after KG.1 events and Ecliar and Lummiare are not the focus of the Series this time. Most characters from KG.1 make appearances though

Was surfing one of my usual wallpaper sites today, http://ningen.nattoli.net, and found a new wallpaper on Kiddy Grade 2. After a little googling, it looks like a sequel of Kiddy Grade is in production.

And much to my surprise, Lumiere was voiced by Hirano Aya, and she will be doing her voice on the sequel as well(obviously). This kinda made me wonder if Hirano Aya's recent overwhelming popularity one of the factors that triggered the production of this sequel...

But either way, this is definitely something to look forward to, especially since Lumiere looks all grown up now...
