The last episode of Ergo Proxy. The story got really complicated up to this point, with lots of mysteries waiting to be solved. Like, what's Pino's connection with Raul, what's Vincent's role in Romdeau's creation, why is Re-l's name "Re-l" but not "Real", etc.

This episode would reveal many of those mysteries, a few of them are vaguely mentioned. A solid ending overall, I especially liked Vincent's last line, "I am Ergo Proxy, the proxy of death".

In the last episode, Vincent was stuck in a book store having some self reflections, and has finally accepted he is Ergo Proxy.

No more Vincent and Pino in this episode, the story comes back to Romedeau to take a look at Real's side.

One complaint about this episode, too much talking, too little action. But some secrets are revealed in this episode... or maybe I should say more mysteries waiting to be solved...

Real and Iggy arrive to a town nicely maintained by robots as they are preparing for their trip to search for Vincent. However... as they soon found out, the pretty little town has no people living in it...

Realizing the system of Romedeau is decaying, Raul advocates for a reform, however, it was coldly turned down by Donov...

Raul confronts Deadalus to find out his true motivation... and to team up with him. It is revealed that Deadalus was actually hoping to use Real as a bait to find the other proxy(Vincent). It appears that Raul also has some plan for Real...

A girl Real met in her dream who resembels her younger self reveals her mental insecurity...

and Deadalus is calling the dead proxy from earlier "Real"?! I hope I'm not the only one who's confused here...

I'm totally lagging behind on the reviews... I guess I would have to skip over a few... but not this one. :)

Another exciting episode of Vincent in Wonderland! ...I mean, Ergo Proxy!

Vincent wakes up in a nice bedroom, and was greeted by the owner of the place, Kazukisu, who Pino seems to be somewhat afraid of.

They soon found out the reason, this is the person who attacked them at the army base, the owner of a city(named Haros) used to be just like Romudo... and now, he's another proxy!

Big turning point here, Vincent awakens! He realizes he is also a proxy, ergo proxy, the messenger of death...
