Personally no, But here are some links that you can check every so often to see if there has been an update as far as I know anyways..

What happened to Jiyuu :O?? He/She did ep 1-14 that i know of...
WTB Ergo-Proxy subber... plz!!
As far as I know, there were two fansubbers actually doing this series, Shinsen-Subs and Jiyuu (the others stopped at ep. 4 or so). They both got to episode 14 I think and then just stopped. It's been over a month now and there hasn't been anything. That's what I really hate about some groups. They give you a good anime but make you wait weeks and even months for the next episode. If you really want it, then I guess you could ask Your-Mom fansubs (they said they're looking for new projects) on their IRC channel. They took up Blood+ right where Shinsen-Subs left off because they were taking ages to sub the next episode. They speed-sub but aren't as bad as so many people say. At least the don't make you wait ages for a single episode.
Lu Perry is awesome though, he subs the next episode within very few days after it airs and (as far as I know) he does it all himself o_0. Even za warudo can't catch up with him and they're a group. Maybe he will take it up after .hack//roots is finished (j/k)

Well, Aparently late lastnight Pino no Usagi came out of no where and released episode 15.
http://www.baka-updates.com/groups.php?title=Pino%20no%20Usagi
note: I have no clue of the quality of this sub and the fansub group.
Edit: Did some digging around, Pino no Usagi is aparently Anime-Jiyuu using a new name. I however do not know if this is true or not - Havn't watched it yet :x

@Saerjin: Quality is 'ok' but Audio time/video timing SUCKS the money balls. it's like a 4 to 5 second delay.

@HapRish: Pino no Usagi released 16 today.
@HapRish: Must be a problem with your setup. I have no delays at all.
For a speedsub group (assuming they keep up the pace they've been releasing) I'd put them at the top as far as quality is concerned. The only possible qualm you can have with them is they lack of notes like SHS had. Not a big deal IMO.
While not needed (as they're in english) the subs for the opening/ending are done really well.
Thank-you for the link. I haven't seen an episode of Ergo in over a month or two and have been chomping at the bit to see more. I wish there was a group out there that didn't care about getting every single little thing right and would just release this series. I know this series is difficult to sub due to the use of language and history facts but come on, the fansubbers are over 10 episodes behind. I never thought I'd see the day that a dubbed version outrun the fansubs.....
Normally I would bite the bullet and watch it in Japanese only even though I can't follow it, but with a series like this you need all the help you can get to understand it. I really hope Lu Perry will sub this series past episode 14 (I wouldn't care if her even had half the text wrong, it's better than nothing). I really appreciated the notes SHS had but if that causes months of lag then I could do without them (we don't need a history thesis ....).

@Anonymous: Come to think of it, I think it was just because i was running an insanely huge resolution that day. 1900x1600 i think it was...

Sweet they already have episode 17 up now. Some of the groups names sound familar (one of them was working on Blood+ for SHS I think)
Pino-no-Usagi is just Ani-Jiyuu with a few useless members droped and replaced :D
If you noticed, the Karaoke at the begining and end are the same as Ani-Jiyuu's ones.
as to the mis-sync of the sound and video, that is your Programs acting up. Try Vlc or Media Player Classic. I dont get any problems here.

@Cevius: The reason for the Video/Audio mis-sync was due to me running an insane resolution while photoshop CS2, and World of Warcraft were running at the same time to.

Death... Life's way of telling you that you're FIRED!!!
Pino no Usagi just released episode 19.
I was getting a little worried after the frantic release schedule then nothing.
Pino no Usagi released ep.20.
I sincerely hope they rush 21-23, I'm dying to see the rest!
I've just finished episode 20, and was looking frantically for 21-23. I was worried people had given up on it, which is really stupid concidering how good it is and how pants stuff like Love Love, DearS and other fanservice riddled poop.
Now I just know the fan subbers are being lazy. Didn't this finish in August in Japan? Makes me wonder when stuff like Naruto and Bleach get released 2 or 3 days after its aired and decent anime takes months.
Someone will eventually sub 21-23.....right?
@Cloud-O: Naruto and Bleach get released a few hrs after the Raw >.>

@Anonymous: Thats because Naruto and Bleach are large animes with 100's of large groups subbing them (For god knows why I mean how long has Naruto been on a filler arc, a year and counting?)
While animes like this (shorter in my opinion better animes) are usualy small tighnit groups who can't always work on a release because they live lives
And don't even complain I mean I've been waiting for Nanashi to finish the last 8 episodes of Eureka 7 which has been finished since about July

I just finished watching the Pino-no-Usagi subs of Ergo Proxy, they start at ep 15 and finish at 20. After 20 i can't locate anything else, or information on anyone who is continuing to sub the Raw's in fact i cant even find a raw past ep 20.
The Shinsen-Subs site does not have any useful information regarding Ergo Proxy which is a shame as they did a really good job of subbing with the added extra information on at the end.
Anime Yume also has only 1-20 listed on there torrents >> http://www.animeyume.org/series.php?id=1839&show=torrents
Tis rather frustrating as this is such a dam good anime and i know theres more eps, i think 23 in all or so Anime News Network claims..
i'm not really on this forum, but i too am frantic about finding the last eps of Ergo proxy and stumbled upon this site. just so you know, pino no usagi has released ep 21, i just watched it, you can get it here: http://pino-no-usagi.edwardk.info/
21 out, pino

Seen up to ep3, dman those Shinsen x264 rips are amazing, i'm loving the 5.1 audio!
Series reminds me of the movie Renaissance crossed with Blade Runner!
