can anybody tell me how they rip the cutscences in .hack vol1 and vol2? I am quite confused on how they do it. If anybody could tell me that would be great and what program they use.

They're importing it, that's all. playasia.com has it, for example.

No problem.  It wouldn't be any use if I imported it, since I wouldn't understand very much either, so I just let the time pass by watching and discussing what I can find online.

@lonleyness: Well there's a few ways
The easiest is to use Cube Media Player it does both audio and video
http://www.cubemediaplayer.com/

well it seems that cube has problems with Vol 2  so I had to use a different method
What I did was use PSS Plex which converts the PSS files to MPG and wav and then I use VirtualDUB MOD to mux them together

@lonleyness: ok here
1. put in the disk
2. open cube go to File-->Scan File(ctrl f)
3. go to the disk
4. look for files with the .pss extension
5. click on it a let it load voila!

to convert it right click it and click convert

@lonleyness: I used to but now I use the second method I posted its a little more complicated but once you get it down I think its faster, easier, and better quality

Thanks xD but umm will I need something special to extract the files from BIN?

I have Magic ISO which can extract antyhing that's within files, however last time I tried that on BIN to extract the OST form the first vol, it ripped them all as .wavs however did not work at all, so I dunno if it will work this time or not.

@Hinkuto: You can't really extract them like that cause it'll just come out as static I was using the word 'open' loosely just to describe how they set it up you'll need a program that was meant for doing that like before I recomend CubeMediaplayer

I got the PSS files for VOL2. I remuxed them with MKVmerge, and two of them screwed up, and the audio doesn't play. How do I fix this?
