I know that it is not appropriate to advertise here, but since LuPerry does not want to sub episode 23, I am happy to tell you that Soylations.de, a german fansub group, subbed it and released an english version as well. I found some character song CDs.

Visit this page and there are links to the others in related torrent section, 3 CDs in total.
Only 9 songs, and repeated instrumentals in total, plus covers so not a lot.
On CD three there is the season one opening theme, (Saikyou OX Keikaku), sung by the three leading ladies, which I love.

(I have watched the episode - dual subs with English as default - lots of fan service there also)
It hasn't been announced on the soylations home page or in the forum, and doesn't appear on the releases list there, so I don't know what's going on.
