Hi there,
I just downloaded the whole 26 episodes of dot.Hack Roots and now I wanted to watch it. But if I play the files with media player classic the subtitles are very small and I can't really read them. Well I'm quite a noob with media play classic because I used to play videos with vlc. But with vlc there are no subtitles at all.. So I used the mlc but I don't know how to change the look of the subtitles. I'm also not sure if I can change them at all because I downloaded just the video files and there were no files for subtitles. So either tell me if and how I can change it with the video files only or tell me where I can find the files with the subs (I couldn't find anything on this website) Please help me :)

//Edit: I forgot to say that I use the cccp ;)

//Edit2: A very nice guy helped me out in the irc already so thanks to everyone. You can close this thread now ;)

Could you tell me how you got the subs to work on MPC?

Concerning the subtitles, I am having a problem as well.

The timing is still way off even when I play the file in MPC. I had heard that this problem was fixed - is there something special I need to do? Change the settings or something of that nature?

Actually on closer inspection, it seems that the video and the audio are not in sync as well.
If anyone knows anything that could help with either of these problems, please let me know.

the sync thing is most likely caused by either conflicting codecs(you have more than one of the same codec and they're duking it out to see which one should render the video slowing it down) or your computer isn't up to par for the quality of video.

If all else fails use vlc I used it for every lu perry release and it worked fine

it must have been the codecs, because I installed a new player (rules player) and it seems to work perfectly ^^
