torrent link for ep23 LQ hack//roots not working

Hello, just dropping a note that the torrent for episode 23 of hack//roots (the LQ version in particular) doesn't seem to be working. Is there a page with the torrents available?

Reason why I'm asking about the LQ version is that my laptop will probably struggle with the HQ version, plus, the screen size is too big anyway, so no point in downloading HQ for me. :3
